Say hello to THE MANIPULATOR, who isn’t a villain, nor a hero, but someone firmly situated in the grey-area. He’ll commit the occasional heist to fund his personal projects, but he participates in hero work as well. Though, here, he’s just aiming to steal the spotlight from Knitter, because he’s something of an attention seeker.

His power is the ability to manipulate/shape fabric. He can also harden it so it can be used to stab people and all that lovely stuff. But he can’t control Knitter’s yarn, and the yarn can take considerable effort to cut, so Knitter isn’t easily defeated. He was just caught off guard here.

The two probably reluctantly work together on occasion.
